And don’t get surprised by the way you get projects, always update yourself to the latest technologies.



Immigration

If possible get the client experience letters.

If your I140 is approved then you can port the Priority date , talk to a lawyer and verify the job description and roles, this is bit vulnerable for a RFE at I485 stage.
Make sure that your employer never revokes the I140, if he does then you have to start all over with your GC process.

In the Last sentence you mentioned, if I140 is revoked then we have to start the GC process again, this is not right I guess you can still port the date based on I140 even though it is revoked..
