I believe my , seven years of Drive Systems experience in Automation field, strong technical skills, Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and my passion for machine controls design make me an ideal candidate for the position.
To provide you some additional background, I hold a Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and have seven years of work experience in Automation field, working in Global Drive Systems Division of Rockwell Automation, India. I began as Trainee with Rockwell Automation and after several promotions, was working as a Project Manager in my last position. I recently moved to Minneapolis, and am exploring job opportunities in industrial automation field commensurate with my experience and qualifications.
I demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills during my stint with Rockwell Automation and led a team of six engineers on projects generating revenues of $1.6 million from Tire and Motion industry in India & Malaysia. My experience with Rockwell Automation exposed me to all the phases of project management from Initiation and Planning to Control, Execution, and Closing and helped me develop and refine my technical, client management and project management skills. Additionally, my stint with Rockwell provided me rich hands on experience in multiple industries including Converting (web handling), Tire, Metal, Paper and Textile and ample opportunities to hone my leadership and team working skills. I received high accolades for my project management and client management skills and was recognized as the “Highest Achiever” and an “Achiever” throughout my 7 year tenure in Rockwell Automation. I am confident I can contribute similar results in my new position.
